June 1, 2010:  Exciting news! For the first time there is a mail-in rebate available for the new 1-Day Acuvue TruEye lenses.

For purchase made after June 1st 2010

If you buy 24 boxes (30 lenses per box) or 8 boxes (90 lenses per box) of 1-Day Acuvue TruEye, your rebate is $100.

If you buy 6 boxes (30 lenses per box) or 2 boxes (90 lenses per box) of 1-Day Acuvue TruEye, your rebate is $50.

The 1-Day Acuvue TruEye rebate is available to new lens wearers after getting an eye exam and then purchasing 1-Day Acuvue TruEye contacts.

How to receive the 2010 Mail-in Rebate for 1-Day Acuvue TruEye

Get an eye exam from your eye care practitioner.

Buy the number of boxes as mentioned above.

Complete the online form on acuvue.com
and print the Rebate Certificate.



Attach the following:

- Two 1-Day Acuvue TruEye box tops
- A receipt of your eye exam
- The product purchase receipt.

Keep a copy of your paperwork for your records.

Additional Notes:

• Keep in mind that it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery of the rebate check.
• Johnson & Johnson will not accept submissions without an eye exam receipt.
• This mail-in rebate is not valid when you buy from Costco®, WALMART®, Sam's Club® , 1-800 CONTACTS®, Sears Optical, or Target Optical.
• Make sure to check the expiry date of the mail-in rebate. The last time we checked the Acuvue site, it mentioned that the 1-Day Acuvue TruEye mail-in rebate promotion ends September 30, 2010.
