Acuvue Bifocal - Rebate Info

Like many other manufacturers of contact lenses, Johnson & Johnson is offering a manufacturer mail-in rebate when you purchase Acuvue Bifocal lenses.

For purchase made after January 1st 2010

At this time there is no mail-in rebate available.

For purchase made before January 1st 2010

If you buy 8 boxes of Acuvue Bifocal, your rebate is $20.

The 2009 Acuvue Bifocal rebate is available to new or existing lens wearers after getting an eye exam and then purchasing Acuvue Bifocal contacts.


How to receive the Acuvue Bifocal Mail-in Rebate

Get an Eye ExamGet an eye exam from your eye care practitioner.

Buy your lensesBuy 8 boxes of Acuvue Bifocal Lenses.

Print the rebate certificate
Complete the online form on acuvue.com
and print the Rebate Certificate.


Attach the receipts and the box tops
Attach the following
:

- Two Acuvue Bifocal box tops
- A receipt of your eye exam
- The product purchase receipt.

Additional Notes:

  • Keep in mind that it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery of the rebate check.
  • Johnson & Johnson will not accept submissions without an eye exam receipt.
  • This mail-in rebate is not valid when you buy from Costco®, WALMART®, Sam's Club® , 1-800 CONTACTS®, Sears Optical, or Target Optical.
  • Make sure to check the expiry date of the mail-in rebate. The last time we checked the Acuvue site, it mentioned that the Acuvue Bifocal mail-in rebate promotion ends December 31, 2009.
