If you buy 8 boxes of Acuvue Oasys, your rebate is $30.

The 2009 Acuvue Oasys rebate is available to new or existing lens wearers after getting an eye exam and then purchasing Acuvue Oasys contacts.

How to receive the Acuvue Oasys Mail-in Rebate

Get an eye exam from your eye care practitioner.

Buy 8 boxes of Acuvue Oasys Lenses.

Complete the online form on acuvue.com
and print the Rebate Certificate.



Attach the following:

- 2 box tops
- A receipt of your eye exam
- The product purchase receipt.

Additional Notes:

• Keep in mind that it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery of the rebate check.
• Johnson & Johnson will not accept submissions without an eye exam receipt.
• Make sure to check the expiry date of the mail-in rebate. The last time we checked the Acuvue site, it mentioned that the Acuvue Oasys mail-in rebate promotion ends June 30, 2009.
