Acuvue Oasys Now Available With 8.8 mm Base Curve

Starting in January of 2008, Acuvue Oasys will be available with an 8.8 mm base curve.

As with the Acuvue Oasys 8.4 mm lens, the new lens size will be available in powers ranging from –12D to +8D for both diagnostic and prescription lenses. The lenses can also be worn continuously for up to 6 nights and 7 days and is approved for therapeutic use as a bandage contact lens for some acute and chronic ocular conditions.
